EXCLUSIVE ACCESS · ALPHA

Good vibes
aren't accidental.

They're measurable.

The Founding Frequency. Early access to the neurowellness platform where voice is a vital sign and sound is healing.

THE MOVEMENT

Bring your brain.
We'll show you what it's saying

Some people wait for the world to tell them what matters. Others feel it early. If you believe awareness is the first act of healing, that your brain deserves the same daily care as your body, you're one of them.

The Founding Frequency is where it starts: early adopters, investors, and voice contributors shaping neurowellness before it has a name everyone knows. Every voice trains the model. Every session sharpens the science.

You set the frequency everything else aligns to.

THE NEUROWELLNESS LOOP

Voice in. Sound out.
Measure the change.

01 Speak

A 30-second voice check-in. Your voice is the data.

02 Restore

FAQs

Questions, answered.

Q: What does MANTRA stand for?
A: Multilingual Assessment of Neurocognitive Trajectories. It is also exactly what it sounds like: a daily practice for your brain.
Q: How does the app actually work?
A: Open the app and tap the check-in button. Talk for at least 30 seconds about anything: your day, what's on your mind, a passage you read aloud. MANTRA analyzes 500+ acoustic signals in your voice (pitch, rhythm, energy, micro-tremors) and gives you a Brain Readiness Score from 0 to 100 within seconds. Based on your score, it recommends a restorative audio session, usually 10 to 15 minutes. When the session ends, do a second check-in. Your before and after scores appear side by side so you can see exactly what changed.
Q: What is the NeuroWellness Loop?
It is the core practice of the app, three steps: Speak (30-second voice check-in), Restore (listen to matched restorative audio), Remeasure (check in again and see the shift). Most wellness apps ask you to trust that a session helped. The Loop shows you. Every session produces a before and after measurement, which is how we hold ourselves accountable to results instead of testimonials.
Q: What is a Brain Readiness Score?
A 0 to 100 score for your current cognitive state, how ready your brain is for focus and decisions. It works like a recovery score for your brain. It is computed from acoustic biomarkers in your voice and shifts throughout the day. Watch your trends and your before and after changes, not one perfect number.
Q: Does it matter what I say?
A: No. MANTRA measures how you speak, not the words. Pitch, tremor, loudness variation, speech rate, pauses, and hundreds of other signals. You could read a grocery list and the analysis works the same. Your words stay your business.

Q: What are voice biomarkers?
A: Measurable properties of speech that reflect a biological state, the way heart rate reflects cardiovascular load. Your voice carries over 500 of them. Research uses standardized feature sets like eGeMAPS, covering pitch, harmonics-to-noise ratio, jitter, and shimmer. Peer-reviewed studies link these features to cognitive function, stress, and depression (Low et al., 2020; Hajjar et al., 2023; Fraser et al., 2016).
Q: What is the science behind voice analysis and sound therapy?
A: Two research streams. First, voice as a window into the brain: clinical studies show acoustic features of speech can track cognitive states, often before standard tests (Hajjar et al., 2023; Fraser et al., 2016). Our partners holds 20+ patents built on hospital-collected, IRB-approved datasets. Second, sound as an intervention: meta-analyses show music and sound measurably reduce stress and anxiety (de Witte et al., 2020), and a decade of MIT research shows 40Hz stimulation can entrain brain rhythms. MANTRA closes the loop: voice measures the state, sound shifts it, voice verifies the shift.
Q: What is 40Hz?
A: Gamma waves, brain rhythms near 40 cycles per second, tied to attention and memory. Rhythmic sound pulsing at 40Hz can entrain the brain's own rhythms to match, called gamma entrainment (Iaccarino et al., 2016, Nature). Our 40Hz Restorative Audio embeds that stimulation inside listenable sound.
Q: What are the benefits of 40Hz audio?
A: The foundational work is from MIT's Picower Institute. 40Hz stimulation reduced Alzheimer's pathology and activated the brain's cleanup cells in mice (Iaccarino et al., 2016, Nature; Martorell et al., 2019, Cell). Human trials found daily 40Hz sound and light safe and well tolerated, with early signs of preserved brain structure in Alzheimer's patients (Chan et al., 2022; Cimenser et al., 2021). Research in healthy adults is earlier stage, which is why we measure. Every 40Hz session is paired with before and after biomarkers, so you see your own response. MANTRA is a wellness product, not a treatment. 40Hz audio is not a therapy for any disease.
Q: Why don't you use AI-generated audio?
A: Because the sound is the intervention, and it has to be precise. Our audio is composed by our Chief Vibroacoustic Designer, Victoria Deiorio, an expert in therapeutic sound design and psychoacoustics. Frequencies and dynamics are deliberate choices grounded in research, not averages of scraped music. Generic AI audio optimizes for plausible. We optimize for measurable. If a track does not move biomarkers, it does not ship.
Q: What does MANTRA stand for?
A: Multilingual Assessment of Neurocognitive Trajectories. It is also exactly what it sounds like: a daily practice for your brain.
Q: I have never been in an Alpha. What does that mean?
A: You use the product before it is finished. Some features work beautifully, some say Coming Soon, occasionally something breaks. When it does, you tell us, we fix it. Minutes a day. That is the job.
Q: Do I need anything special to participate?
A: An iPhone and Apple's free TestFlight app. Your Welcome Kit walks you through both.
Q: Will there be an Android version?
A: Yes. Android arrives in Q4. The Alpha is iOS only. Register anyway. Android founders get their Welcome Kit the day it ships.
Q: What happens if I do not connect Apple Health?
A: Nothing breaks. Check-ins, scores, and audio all work without it. Apple Health adds context like sleep and activity that makes your insights richer. Optional, and reversible anytime in settings.
Q: Is my voice data private?
A: Yes. Your voice journal is stored privately, used only to deliver your scores and improve the model. We never sell your data. Full details in our privacy policy at getvibes.ai.
Q: Is this a medical or diagnostic tool?
A: No. Vibes AI is a wellness product. It measures and supports brain readiness. It does not diagnose or treat any condition.
Q: How much time does this take?
A: A 30-second check-in daily, plus an hour of restorative listening per week. Most founders do it with morning coffee.
Q: Can I share the app with friends?
A: Not yet. Alpha access is by invitation. Beta opens in September. Send them to getvibes.ai for the waitlist.
Q: How can I invest?
A: Three ways: your voice, your usage, and your money. Every check-in trains the model. Every session and bug report sharpens the science. Founding investor positions start at $5K. $5K is the floor, not the ceiling. Find Joanna at the event or reply to your Welcome Kit email.
Q: What is a SAFE?
A: A Simple Agreement for Future Equity. You invest today and receive the right to equity when the company raises a priced round later. It is a short standard document with no interest, no maturity date, and no board negotiation. Y Combinator created it in 2013 and it is now the standard for early-stage rounds.
Q: Am I buying shares today?
A: Not yet. Your investment converts into shares at the next priced equity round. Until then you hold a contractual right to that equity. This is normal at our stage and keeps the paperwork light.
Q: What does my investment fund?
A: The September Beta, the October public launch, and the data engine behind our multilingual voice model development, and the launch runway.
Q: What does investing get me?
A: A founding position in our current round, alongside existing angel commitments, and a permanent place in the story. You backed the frequency before the world tuned in.
